Training in May 2018 fully booked - great international group

The training in May is fully booked and we are looking forward to an exciting week with a great international group - participants from Spain, Belgium, Ivory Coast, Germany and the USA. Certainly, the 25th training will be celebrated and we will enjoy an excellent concert on Thursday evening (May 18) with enVivo (https://www.envivo-music.com).

Since 2006 the five-day training in Project Preparation takes place twice a year and is addressed to IPS employees as well as external participants.

At the end of the training, the participant will have a clear picture of all steps necessary for the successful preparation of an industrial project, ready for the realization phase. Sharing our experience, gathered in more than 25 years, we provide participants with knowledge and tools to successfully prepare and manage their industrial projects in an cost-effective and time-efficient manner and to work proactively within a team. The training combines intense theoretical training in the morning with practical project work in the afternoon.

On the fifth day the participants will visit a complex industrial site and have the possibility to present and discuss their own conclusions. The training includes a diversified evening program, including a concert on Thursday evening.
