IPS TeamSailor is a learning experience developed in 2009 as a complement to the training and development activities organized at the Group-IPS Technological Center in Germany and the IPS Competence Centre in Belgium.

This week-long excursion on the Mediterranean Sea combines teambuilding and methodological training for the benefit of all participants. More than any other workshop or training event, TeamSailor boosts team morale as well as individual performance.

Individuals as well as project and engineering teams are invited to take part, and events are generally organized between June and September. IPS TeamSailor operates two performance sailing yachts in order to guarantee the highest standards of comfort and safety.
