Energy Management Master Plan

The consulting service has provided a comprehensive approach to regulatory compliance and its application within the Ministry of Defense’s energy management and efficiency framework. It has been structured around the following phases:

Assessment of the Current Energy Situation

Conducting a detailed diagnosis to identify and evaluate opportunities for energy savings and improved energy management within the Ministry.

Selection of Objectives

Defining goals that are aligned with applicable regulations and legislation, realistic, feasible, and measurable through indicators, while outlining expected positive impacts.

Establishment of Strategic Axes and Actions

Developing strategic priorities, action lines, and specific measures to achieve the efficiency objectives established for the Ministry of Defense.

Plan Development and Implementation

This phase, to be completed in the coming months, includes all necessary steps for the development and implementation of the plan. These include, but are not limited to: outlining the decision-making process, criteria for project prioritization, a timeline for implementing measures, and resource allocation.
