The first year of StartUp Academy is ON
In Group-IPS, we strive to grow, develop, and accelerate innovation from the inside. That’s why the idea to organize StartUp Academy to support our talented intrapreneurs was born.
Through StartUp Academy 2022, we want to give 6 talents, chosen from more than 100 applicants, a chance to present their creative ideas to our investors and find out whether their final pitch will become a new project to accelerate our in-house growth.
To get there, our intrapreneurs will go through a 10 weeks long process, consisting of 5 modules and 30 hours of training. Chosen intrapreneurs will have time to read and prepare, solo working time, introductory sessions, guided working time, as well as sparring time.
The first module is designed to let intrapreneurs open discussions about the problem they want to solve. The second is meant to test the solution they come up with. The third module will let them arrange their product, and during the fourth, they will develop their business model. The last module will give them some time to define potential risks and prepare for the final presentation.
We really hope that all 6 intrapreneurs enjoy this journey, and at the end of the process will look back and think: “That was once-in-a-lifetime experience which enriched me as an intrapreneur and as a human, too.”
