Takeda´s Glassia plant finished
Over 114,000 hours to coordinate all supliers and save our customer´s budget
Pharmaceutical leader Takeda partnered with us for the construction and commissioning management of a new manufacturing plant for Glassia, a drug that supports patients with emphysema. At the time, we didn't know that this would become such an achievement: some 122 people were involved, with a total workload of a whopping 114,000 hours! But the time and effort paid off. We were able to integrate all of Takeda's suppliers and all members of the sprawling team into a single, collaborative unit, resulting in a streamlined manufacturing plant and a highly flexible team. Our thanks to Takeda for trusting us with this crucial project, which will ultimately improve the lives of people living with emphysema all over the world.
