The CIMAT cement plant detected anomalies in the tertiary air pipe following the expansion phenomenon and its filling with dust, which are:
- Opening of the joint system after bending,
- shear phenomenon of connection flanges.
In order to overcome the various anomalies therein, IAPS is ordered by DGM ( part of DLM) to provide a solution consisting of :
- designing a permanent support (which replaces the temporary support installed by CIMAT) allowing the free movement of the sheath due to the phenomenon of expansion and minimize bending of the pipe,
- reinforcing the existing connection flanges…
