New Chocolate Line
Barry Callebaut is one of the world's leading manufacturer of high-quality cocoa and chocolate products with approximately 40 production facilities in 27 countries in Europe, Africa, North- and Latin America and Asia/Pacific.
The purpose of the project was to add a new chocolate production line inside the existing production facility located in Lodz, Poland. In order to do this, a new storage area for liquid chocolate need to be constructed, containing chocolate storage tanks and a truck loading area. The existing finished product storage area was converted into storage area for raw materials. Next to this, a completely new production line was constructed, together with new utilities including compressed air, hot water, cooling water
